
Meet Our Support Team

Dawn Daly
Director of Operations / Broker OfficerDawn is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business, including corporate relocation, mentorship program coordination, agent recruitment, management of staff, marketing efforts, and yearly budgeting of all departments. Dawn began working with House of Brokers in 1999 and has worked in almost all areas of the company. During this time, she has obtained her Real Estate Brokers license, implemented a technology department, and developed an agent training regimen. Her tireless devotion, loyalty, and dedication during the past 22 years have not only built a strong bond with the agents and staff but have also given her the tools necessary to perform at a higher caliber. She is passionate about the success of others and has a strong commitment to agent growth and development. She is currently a member of the Women’s Council of REALTORS Columbia and served as the 2020 President.
Outside the office, Dawn loves spending time with her family, her husband, two sons, and daughter-in-law. She enjoys traveling, boating, Cardinals games, and football. On summer weekends, they can be found either at the Lake of the Ozarks or watching both of their sons race micro sprint cars. During the fall they will be cheering on their youngest son who plays for Battle High School football team. Go Spartans!

Michelle O'Neal
Designated Broker / Closing BrokerA native Boone County resident, Michelle and her husband, Travis, are raising their two children, Dalli and Rhett, on the same family farm her grandfather purchased over 40 years ago. As a farmer, builder and a Real Estate Broker, her grandfather led with integrity, and his love of Real Estate transferred to Michelle.
Bringing over 15 years of experience in sales and business management, Michelle obtained her Real Estate Salesperson license in 2016, and her Broker Salesperson license in 2021. Her vast knowledge of contracts, forms, and the intricate workings of all aspects leading up to closing lend her the ability to ensure your sale or purchase is seamless and by-the-book.
In her free time, she loves camping, hiking, and traveling with her family and her two dogs: Haggard and Cash.

Tamala has her Broker-Salesperson license, and she has been with House of Brokers Realty for over 25 years. She strives for the smooth operation of closing transactions. The closing team works closely with our agents from contract to closing.
Tamala loves all the friends she has made along the way at HOB. Outside of work, Tamala is active in her church and community. She also enjoys working out and spending time with her family.

As the staff accountant, Laura is responsible for all of the accounting operations. Taking care of agents is her top priority by timely dispersing commission funds, tracking and billing their expenses, and compiling their income reports. She also prepares the company reports, budget, and analyzes financial data. Laura has been with House of Brokers since 2016 and has a strong background in real estate. In 1996, she received her Broker-Sales Agent license and practiced real estate for 10 years before staying home with her two daughters and completing her Master's Degree in Accounting and Financial Management.
Outside of the office, Laura can be found hanging with her two daughters, waterskiing on their lake, traveling, or relaxing at the beach.

Alana manages House of Brokers social media, creates and sources content, and responds to clients through these platforms. She also assists agents with content creation and graphic design projects both individually and for House of Brokers as a whole.
Outside of the office, you can find Alana hanging out with friends, trying new restaurants, or reading a good book. She loves traveling and experiencing new cultures and ways of thinking.
